For more than twenty years as a television news anchorwoman, talk show host, Emmy© award-winning news reporter, and Telly© award-winning voice talent, Connie has been one of the country's most respected journalists and one of the few women inducted into the Radio & Television Broadcasters Hall of Fame. |

| A consummate professional, Ms. Dieken has been an adjunct professor of communication skills at Corporate College in Cleveland, Ohio and has developed communication courses and strategic communication plans for corporations across America. A graduate of Indiana University, she is the co-author of Communicate Clearly, Confidently & Credibly and has written dozens of communication articles appearing in publications nationwide, written communication workbooks, videos, and CDs, and designed the innovative Message Maker™ and Target Talk™ communication systems. |
